LONELY TRAVELLER

A solitary way farer am I
A long paths varied
An Ignoramus roamer known by none.

Seeking Truth, this sojourn of mine
Amidst illusions  this sojourn of mine
Before, behind, left and right
Unknown men around.

Coaxing pits, deliberately dug out
Toxic thorns hidden within...

Passing country sides
passing cities
keeps on this journey for long
Seeking Truth, this sojourn of mine,

Amidst illusions this sojourn of mine
Every where I smell the air of caste and creed
And conscience is frozen by the sights of
Narrow-minded political travesties.

Miles and miles I trod in this long journey
All that have I seen are shadow-idols
Saw not the figure of Truth incarnated
Saw not the speck of the light of Truth.
